Dell Inspiron 1150 Power Supply and Motherboard Problems

Even after Dell has replaced the parts in my Dell Inspiron 1150 i am still having issues. So Dell you loose a lawsuit and replace the parts with the same defective parts? Now you say I have to pay for extended warranty and even if I did i couldn't get the same on-site warranty I had before? I want the new Alienware m17x, isn't Alienware owned by Dell nor or something of the sort... hmmmmmmmmmm hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
