You are probably thinking what the heck is that? Well versus having two chargers that plug into the wall you just need one as this splits the power charge between a headset and phone. I figure charge time will be extended however to save power jacks and excess cabling this is ideal! Even used in the car or with the USB cable that allows for sync and charging.
